The X10 Boost has the same features as the X10, but it is now stiffer, safer, and more efficient.
X10 BOOST, BETTER SENSATIONS IN THE X10 BOOST.
The Boost system features wider wheel axles at both the front and rear. The spoke-to-rim tension balance is greater, turning a 29” wheel into a much stiffer wheel. Lateral torsional flex is significantly reduced, improving performance during acceleration and cornering.
WIDER CHAINSTAYS AND SEATSTAYS
The rear chainstays and seatstays are wider to accommodate a wheel with a 148 mm wide hub. The bottom bracket axle is also wider, since moving the sprockets outward requires the chainring to move outward as well, preventing excessive chain cross-chaining.
WIDER FORK
The front fork must also be specific to fit a 110 mm wide hub. With the X10 Boost, you will now find the perfect balance between cost and performance.
STRONG AND LIGHT 6061 ALUMINUM FRAME
Triple-butted tubing is the best option for offering strong and lightweight aluminum frames. The cuts are made by laser, achieving transition joints so refined that it is difficult to tell whether the frame is aluminum or carbon.
