The Basque teams of the Euskadi Foundation ride Mendiz Bicycles

Starting this year, 2025, marks the beginning of an extraordinary story, steeped in passion, collaboration, and unique moments to come. A story where knowledge, experience, and team spirit forge a legend. Today, a new page opens... the Euskadi Foundation, with the legendary Euskaltel-Euskadi team, will compete on Mendiz bicycles!

This partnership is the means by which the story of Eusebio Vélez de Mendizábal and his bicycles will seek victories and distinctive jerseys. The three teams of the Euskadi Foundation—Euskaltel-Euskadi (professional men's team), Laboral Kutxa (professional women's team), and the Euskadi Foundation (youth team)—will ride Mendiz F8 SL or F12 bicycles, depending on the profile of the stages.

MENDIZ BICYCLES IN THE EUSKADI FOUNDATION COLORS

For the new season, riders will be able to choose between two of the brand's most advanced road bikes, depending on the type of stage. The F12 model, designed for fast stages, is a super bike for battling it out. The F8 SL (Super Light) model is designed for mountain stages. The brand has created designs in the Foundation's colors for all three teams, using its ONLY FOR YOU tool.

Builds

In terms of builds, the bikes will be equipped with SHIMANO Dura-Ace Di2 groupsets, ROTOR Aldhu cranks, DEDA components and wheels with VITTORIA Corsa Pro tires, and SELLE ITALIA Novus saddles.
